Food was less than mediocre. Wine service was chaos DJ was missing. Extremely poor value money
Was expecting something a little more special from a 4 star hotel. Brunch was served in one of the conference rooms while the beautiful lobby and restaurant area were empty. Not something I’d recommend for that price.

Tijdens lunch: Lange wachttijd terwijl er personeel (3personen) stil staat en het niet druk was. Onkundig personeel wat tot 2x toe spullen van tafel stoot. Plastic in een stukje kip. Ober die glas wijn op dik dubbel gevouwen servet wil neerzetten midden op tafel en dus bijna omvalt. Tijdens diner: Bij aan tafel gaan, zien we vork op de grond. Die legde we naast ons op bankje en wezen ober erop. Die liet hem liggen. Geen diner servet, zoals alle andere gasten wel (dus die waren ze vergeten). Geen bestek, pas na opdienen gerecht. Waren ze ook vergeten. Voor aankomst tot 2 maal toe telefonisch contact gehad of er eerste en tweede kerstdag een kerstmenu was. Tot 2 maal toe werd ja gezegd. Bij aankomst: Geen kerstmenu. Ons inziens al met al geen 4 sterren (wat op internet staat) waard. En zeker niet de prijzen waard.
Amability of the staff.
Très bon menu de Noël, très joli endroit. Dommage que le service ait été très approximatif (nombreux apprentis n’ayant manifestement aucune expérience - heureusement, la chef de rang était - elle - très professionnelle et s’est excusée à plusieurs reprises).

The place looks stunning, the musical atmosphere was very enjoyable, the food was exquisite (and the bread around my burger could have been fresher) and one of the staff member was rude to me from the moment I arrived. Luckily the other staff members were perfectly professional, considerate and sweet to me and my friend. The rude staff member should take a deep look into himself and his motivations to work in the services industry; we all go through difficult time in life but one should ALWAYS remain professional on the job, especially in the services business. I'll go back to the Dominican and I will ask this person to stay away from me :-)
Super service, disponibilité et pro-activité du personnel
Every visit at Dominican is a delight, Sometimes I even pop in for a few minutes when passing, for the atmosphere of care and calm. The dinner on 15th November is reported delicious by my colleages. Happy that I have chosen and booked Dominican and it is an au revoir. Katarína
