I was part of a group this Sunday and one of our tables were obliged to wait arround 1 hour to be served. The staff hadn't been cooperating and communicating until I called them to understand the issue and find a solution. I was suprised by the problem in itself (waiting so many time for no reasons in a not busy restaurant) but by the lack of reaction and empathy from the staff aswell. We had an appointment with a local guide just after the lunch to have a tour in the city and we finally missed the schedule due to this delay.
