Service attentif et amical. Entrées gustatives (portions trop petites)...
Service attentif et amical. Entrées gustatives (portions trop petites) mais plats moyen: malgré la qualité des pâtes(maison), les sauces et ingrédients trop peu nombreux ne cassent pas une patte à un canard. l’addition (95 euro, 3 entrées, 2 plats , 1 dessert , 2 verres de vin et 1/2 eau, 2 cafés ) pour deux est du côté lourd. Petit plus le limoncello offert .

It is with a true mind of constructive intention (have them fixing these issues and be more successfull meaning more business) that I'm writting this feedback. Let's call it free consulting ;-) Reservation First thing first, the reservation is requiring a deposit of 40 euro... (2 adults & 2 teens). I'm 48 years old and have been eating in hundreds of restaurants around the world but I never had to do this before. How does this impact the # of people that are accepting to play this game ? not sure, but I was asking myself if I wanted to do that before finally accepting so other may do so as well... Arrival Good point on the COVID procedure, one of the best ever seen; (except the kitchen personel was hanging without mask in the corridor). Friendly welcome and fast asssignement of the table (even without giving my name, later i found out why) Food Quality & quantity Obviously the plates are home-made and well served in quantity BUT and this is a big BUT, they are apparently all prepared up front, even the "cheese kroket are pre-fried!" (in the morning or the evening before ?) and just warmed up (oven ?) to be served; this results on near all our 7 plates to be very too dry, especially true with the mousaka, the grec lasagne and the calamares from the mezze. Pricing Not cheap, not expensive, mid range, assuming this is home-made may be correct IF made on the spot. 107€ for 1 round of drinks, 2 starters & 5 plates). tip: check that yout pre-payement is well removed from it. Service & Atmosphere This was just super weird: * Super junior waitress (everyone has to start once) but she really shown quite weird attitude such as stating "if this is your kid" (well we were 2 adults with 2 kids, do you really want to go that way ?), removing everything from the tables including the glasses although we were still sitting and just asked for the bill, going through all bill items without giving the bill in hands (had to take it myself, * The owner decided to sit and relax on a table just at 1 meter left from our table, very annoying as we had the impression to be watch all the dinner long... * One of the Kitchen employee seems to have not much to do (we were 2 tables in the restaurant and if he just have to warm up things it is understandable) decided to hang on in the corridor looking in our direction and table nearly all dinner long Conclusion All the staff were friendly and I feel empathic for them as It feels they are really trying to do the best but obviously missing very basic restaurant best practices. They should definitely have an assessment made by some restaurant consultant/expert to fix what need to be fixed. And last but not least: don't try to make up that you have more reservations than you really have: nearly all tables were indicated as reserved but no one was showing up just us and another table that arrives at the same time (well the possible slot were 06:00 PM , 06:15PM then 20:15 etc..) so no secret they arrived at 20:15 like we did. I'm quoting the owner "you see, people are reserving (yes these are reservation from phone before we change system and asked for pre-payement) and don't show up." Yeah.... there is nothing more irritant than to be taken for an idiot ;-) plus point: Free small dessert was offered All the best and let us know when these issues would have been fixed and we may come back !
