Service was really terrible. During the course of the meal we had to ask 4 or 5 times for service after waiting already a reasonable amount of time. This included getting up from the table several times and seeking a waiter. At the time the restaurant was not full and we found waiters standing around chatting among themselves. My wife ordered the pasta with lobster. We had to ask for the lobster cracker. They did not have a lobster fork for removing the lobster from the shell. I ordered the cheeseburger I was not asked how I would like it cooked - it came practically raw. I specifically asked for no onion with the salad, the waiter noted that but it still came with onions. All in all a very disappointing evening. We have dined there before and it was good. Something has gone wrong with the management of this restaurant. It will be a long time until we may visit again.
