Er was duidelijk te weinig bedienend personeel beschikbaar, hetgeen resulteerde in een voortdurend gehol en gedraaf van de twee wél aanwezige bediensters die echt hun best deden. Er was geen tijd voor een welkomstwoord, menukaarten werden op tafel gesmakt, evenals het bestelde gerecht (Deense visschotel die voor het grootste deel uit smørrebröt en aardappelsalade bestond. Er was vis bij en die was lekker maar het geheel was niet appetijtelijk). Ik vond geen enkele aanleiding om na dit teleurstellende diner ook maar een cent fooi te geven

Er was duidelijk te weinig bedienend personeel beschikbaar, hetgeen resulteerde in een voortdurend gehol en gedraaf van de twee wél aanwezige bediensters die echt hun best deden. Nog onervaren bediening op maandag 2 mei, maar hij gaat het zeker leren onder de bezielende leiding van de Chef die coachend optrad. Verrukkellijke brusquettas, prima scampis. De wijnkeuze-per-glas was wel wat beperkt…

Food was very good, drinks and food were brought to my table ‘in no time’. Service was very different in quality: the male was very professional, the two ladies did their best, but were absolutely not dedicated to the customer, only dedicsted of the part of their job: deliverance at the table and run away in the same second. I had to call them back to order another glass of wine…..

Food was very good, drinks and food were brought to my table ‘in no time’. Service was very different in quality: the male was very professional, the two ladies did their best, but were absolutely not dedicated to the customer, only dedicsted of the part of their job: deliverance at the table and run away in the same second. We were VERY satisfied with the quality of food and we were ALSO VERY satisfied with the service of the elder gentleman at our table and we were VERY satisfied with the visit of the Chef at our table! But we were MOST and DEEPLY dissatisfied by the behaviour of the hosting lady, who did not greet us, grumpy showed us the tables we could choose and showed up at our table just once: to hand us the the machine to pay the bill. As a protest we paid only the amount on the bill and we tipped the elder gentleman for his service. Thanks to kitchen staff as well!
