juste ok

Le Buffet de midi est bon et assez varié, mais je trouve que le prix est un peu élevé - aussi pour les boissons. En plus, le jour ou nous sommes allez il faisait très froid dans le resto.

Oui, les boissons sont très chers! Le buffet de midi est purement végétarien. Il y avait trop de bruit dans la salle.

Oui, les boissons sont très chers! Le buffet de midi est purement végétarien. Il y avait trop de bruit dans la salle.

Disappointing customer approach

We reserved a table for 4 persons for Saturday evening to celebrate the birthday of my wife. The reservation had been confirmed by mail. When arriving at the restaurant there was no reservation. It showed that there was a mistake on the side of p Meyers. We found ourselves hungry "on the street" in Braine l'Alleud on a Saturday evening. Ok, shit happens. However, the way the issue was handled was not at "one star level". No real excuse ("je suis embeté), no offer, no follow-up at all. We would have expected to be contacted afterwards (they had our mail) apologizing and some kind of "geste" or at least some nice words after having spoiled our evening. But no reaction at all. Really disappointing!!! We will never go there again, that's for sure.
