It was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. I have spent a lot of time in India. And eat often everywhere in the world cities Indian food. The papads were soggy. No fresh taste of spices or herbs. The keema lasagna was not possible to eat. It was awful!! The concept of fusion is fine. But the tastes didn’t mix. The pilau rice had no taste and was cold..The whole veg thali had no taste of India at all.. I was really looking forward to a good meal and was totally shocked about how poor it was!
