Meat on my plate was chewy and so bland tasting - and that was a cut for 60 EUR. Frites pathetically industrial. The female waiter saw no issues with that. Very poor value indeed. Better head to a good butcher and easily fry it yourself! Meat on my friend's plate was much better (and cheaper), on the other hand. Bearnaise and wine were decent. Thanks for reminding that after cooking for 25yrs on my own I should continue in the same vein.

Meat on my plate was chewy and so bland tasting - and that was a cut for 60 EUR. Frites pathetically industrial. The female waiter saw no issues with that. Very poor value indeed. Better head to a good butcher and easily fry it yourself! Meat on my friend's plate was much better (and cheaper), on the other hand. Bearnaise and wine were decent.
