That was a horrible experience. The communication with clients is -100. We booked a table to celebrate a birthday. In the reservation, I’ve put the information, that I want to have a table outside as I am coming with a DOG. The reservation was confirmed. When we came to the restaurant, we were refused to take a sit - because the dogs are not allowed. Okay, it’s fine, it’s your policy, BUT why did you confirm the reservation? Why don’t you go through your bookings? The evening was ruined. Your employee suggested us to leave the dog OUTSIDE next to the ENTRANCE DOOR (is that okay?), or to take a sit on a terras, but to leave the dog ON THE OTHER SIDE of the window: where the cars were parked. I think that if you present yourself as a restaurant, if you accept bookings, please be so kind to check your reservations and communicate to your clients. The evening was ruined, and I will never recommend this place to any of my friends.
