't Fornuis bood als het ware een explosie aan smaken in een rustig, aangenaam en klassiek kader, al dit werd omgoten door een zeer aangename en uiterst professionele bediening. In het bijzonder, welgemeende felicitaties, richting de sommelier, zeer bekwaam met een snuifje gevatte humor. (281900)

Een diner in 't Fornuis is op alle vlakken een ervaring. Topkwaliteit op het bord. Vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. Grootse wijnkaart met correcte prijzen. Wat het ontbreken van (voedsel)prijzen betreft.. In een Mercedesgarage verwacht je ook geen prijzen van 2PK's. Nu met quotatie.(273760) (273780)

De Mechelin ster is meer dan terecht. Verwacht hier niet een zeer verfijnde keuken voor het oog, maar klassiekere aanpak waarbij u wel een onwaarschijnlijk streling voor de tong krijgt. Kok komt de gerechten aan tafel vertellen en inderdaad geen kaart, geen prijzen. (273540)
