A beautiful fine-dining experience. Some of the flavours were familiar from my trip to Japan, while others were completely new. The textures and compositions were beautiful. At times, the waiting between dishes felt a bit too long, but overall this restaurant is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend it and will definitely visit again.
