This restaurant has been there for 26 years. We discovered it about 12 years ago, walking distance from our home in Brussels. It's run by a couple who do all their own research for the ingredients, from local sources, as well as their wine selections. We love going there and asking for the 5-course meal with accompanying wine without looking at the menu. Each course is served with an explanation and a wine to go with it. It's on the higher end price-wise, but not in the very upper echelons such as La Troufe Noire or Comme Chez Soi. We've never been disappointed!
