The garden terrace in the back of the restaurant is nice to sit. Although there were many people, the place did not feel crowded. It's probably due to covid but we found it a pity that no one explained the system and that you had to order with your phone, after reading a QR-code and going through the menu. No one offered us some explanation or gave us some advice and for a first visit, not knowing the specialty of the restaurant, it's a bit weird. Also the fact you immediately have to pay online is very strange for a restaurant. Most of the service was done but the same waiter. He was correct and polite but always seemed to be in a rush. When we asked some explanation about the dishes, he told us what was what but half way his explanation he already turned his back to go back to the kitchen. So the combination of no real welcome and someone explaining a bit about the menu and the way you have to order and then the waiter being in e rush all the time, didn't give us a feeling to be welcome. Once again, this may be linked to covid but it should not be an excuse. Of course the most important aspect was the food and we were very pleased with most things we ordered. The red hummus, babaghanouj and makanek (sausages) were our favorites. On the other hand, the lamb sfiha and kibe mix were a bit dry and those we would not take a second time. It was also nice to get some flat bread, although it would have been nice as well if the waiter had asked us after a while if we wanted some extra. So over all, nice location, mostly delicious food, fair price but distant service. A place to come back to!
